Legal Agreement Governing Use of Our Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 78go online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://78go.cam (the "Site"), mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by 78go ("we," "us," "our," or "78go"), a gaming platform licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and authorized to provide online casino, sports betting, and gaming services to players physically located within the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a 78go account and use the Services. 2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited. 78go employs geolocation technology to verify user location, and accounts accessed from outside the Philippines will be suspended. Players traveling outside the Philippines must not access their 78go accounts until they return to Philippine territory.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) 78go account. Creating multiple accounts, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. If 78go identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts immediately, void any winnings, and confiscate any deposited or bonus funds. This restriction applies regardless of whether the duplicate accounts were created intentionally or unintentionally.

2.4 Account Registration Requirements

When registering for a 78go account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You must also provide a government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or PhilSys ID) for identity verification purposes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 78go immediately. 78go is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

78go accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, direct bank transfers from Philippine banks (including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and other payment methods as specified on the Site. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be rejected or refunded.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification and anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and verification status of your account. 78go reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are displayed during the withdrawal process.

3.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Terms

Certain deposits may be subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Abuse of bonuses, promotional offers, or loyalty programs may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and closure of your account.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

4. Use of Services and Prohibited Conduct

4.1 Permitted Use

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions on bonuses, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Using the Services to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any illegal activity;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the 78go platform or any related systems;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used to provide the Services;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 78go staff;
• Using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in chat functions or communications with customer support;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account; or
• Any other activity that 78go reasonably determines to be unfair, abusive, or in violation of the spirit of fair play.

4.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

If 78go determines that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions: (a) immediately suspend or terminate your account; (b) void any bets or wagers you have placed; (c) confiscate any funds in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds; (d) ban you from creating future accounts; and (e) report your conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate. These remedies are in addition to any other legal rights 78go may have.

5. Game Rules, Fairness, and Random Number Generators

5.1 Game Rules and Outcomes

Each game available on the 78go platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software for digital games (such as slots and video poker) or by physical outcomes for live dealer games (such as the actual cards dealt, the roulette wheel spin, or dice rolls). 5.2 Sports Betting Rules

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranties

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 78go, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 78go account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 78go account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements. 78go reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or as required by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination by 78go for cause, any funds in your account may be forfeited. If you have engaged in prohibited conduct, 78go may also pursue legal remedies, including recovery of any losses we have incurred as a result of your conduct.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with 78go, you must first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to the email address provided on our Site. We will investigate and respond to complaints in accordance with our internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or pursue other legal remedies available under Philippine law.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

78go reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify you via email or through a notification on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 78go regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.

12.3 Waiver

The failure of 78go to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 78go.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 78go may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
